Overview
The
Electronic Document Management System (EDM) is the answer to what to do
with Electronic Documents in a small office environment.
Based on powerful Microsoft technology, it allows you to manage any
document you can scan or print on your computer.
Use the System to explore Electronic Documents directly. Browse
through the pages or search for words and phrases. Once you find
what you are looking for, select it and copy it as either an image or as
text. Paste it into any Windows program.

Use the Electronic Tabbing feature to organize your documents. Add
tabs and then add document pages to the tabs. Change the order of
tabs and pages to make a coherent presentation. Add tags to make
it easy to find specific documents.

The System is available in two versions:

The Desktop Version has all the
features described above and can be used in any setting needing to
manage Electronic documents including Law Offices, Insurance Offices,
Auto Dealers and many other settings.

The LNS Suite Integrated Version
that includes all of the above plus allows you to associate multiple
document pages with Chronology entries and LCP cost Lines. You
can then recall these to show the original source for the entry and to
project for presentations if you wish.
