System Overview
The Life Care Planner System (LCP) is oriented to the way a a Life Care Planner Works and is designed to ease the burden of of plan calculations. As well as easy Automatic Calculations, the system lets you:
Select it From Your Database or Enter it Directly
Create an Alternative for Comparison or a Frequency Range. You Can use Different Models for Each Option
Select a Cost Model. Fill in the Fields the System Displays
Create a Cost Group If You Need More Than 2 Options. There is No Limit.
Select How you Want the cost to Apply to the Plan Such as First year, All Years, Age Group, Date Range and More
Describe the Item You Want in the Plan by Cost Category
Immediately See the Calculated Cost for Base, Annual and LE Costs.
Optionally Apply Inflation, a Geographic Factor a Prorate the Plan
- The System Uses Microsoft WordŽ as its Report Writer Allowing Maximum Editability and easy Emailing
- Select a Predefined Report and Choose Your Font, Orientation and Many Other Options
- Change the Fields and Field Names as YOU want
- Create an Entirely New Report Style to Reflect YOUR Style
- Create Age Tables Starting at Birth, Date of Injury or Plan Start Date. Include Costs If You Wish
- Use the Report Manager to Create Your Final Report
- Set Your Cover Page as the default and the System Will Add it for You
- Automatically Generate a Table of Contents
- Create Cost Report and Age Table Chapters
- Type in Chapters Directly or Create Them in Word and Tell the Report Manager Where You have Them Saved
- Change the Order of the Chapters as YOU Want
- Save the Final Report and Edit it as YOU See Fit
