Service and Technology
The Legal Nurse System enables us to give you an extraordinary and affordable package. The medical record information is entered into the database using optical character recognition scanning as well as traditional data entry. Once entered, the information is readily accessible and easily presented in many forms:
Involved party roster with notes.
Glossary of medical terms.
When the work is complete, we will send you a CD with your medical record database encoded on it. You will be able to run your own custom reports and find information quickly and easily. Suppose you want to check when Dr. Smith ordered a CT Scan. Just enter those two phrases and get a report of every instance when Dr. Smith mentions a CT Scan. We have found this to be an incredible time saver.
